yoni mudra – seeing the light
During the initiation process, Gurudev infused prana energy and this was a total visual demonstration .
After that I realized that the lights you see is nothing but the manifestation of the prana energy. So one day during the week after initiation day, I did 3-4 sets of Kriya pranayam and after that performed the yoni mudra. The moment I did the shanmukhi mudra, I saw the same white particles in the center glowing like a small moon torch. This time there was not much particle movements and the glow faded very soon i released my breath.
The light does not exite me anymore and am not seeking it actively. if it happens let it happen.
