Complete Fasting and strange dream
Its been several years since a complete fast was done. Navratri is a very auspicious time, full of energy so decided to do fast on Monday. Ate some fruits and two cups of tea during the day. It went smooth. In the night,dream was very clear – saw wierd looking beings. People were kind of afraid of them and running around i think. one of them caught my eye and he bowed, i bowed in return. then a second person came and said something in hindi ‘kundalini gira de’ which translates to ‘drop the kundalini’. i don’t know what it means but think it meant something related to awakening of kundalini.
