Aum ahuti in kutashta after kriya pranayama
Today, after Kriya pranayam did not feel like jumping directly to the Nabhi kriya. Instead stayed in the kutashta for a while but somehow had the urge to keep doing the spinal cycle. So decided to do mental rapid action of drawing attention from the muladhara to shikha and from shikha into the agya chakra and when the attention is on agya , a mental OM is repeated with pulsation feeling. Then another round of drawing attention from bottom to agya, kept doing it repeatedly. Very similar to mental pranayam but in this case the backward repetition was not done. This felt like there was a fire going in agya and AUM were sacrificed (SWAHA) into the fire on every repetition. During this cycles, I felt only the bottom, shikha and agya. Some cycles did touch the heart center but Manipura and swadhisthana are still not very pulsable. This routine came very intuitively and I had no idea of doing this. I think this is very powerful energy action. Using only one way pull and mental OM on Agya felt like it was direct invocation and urge to wakeup Agya.
